Data is collected through survey methods through direct questionnaire distribution of PT Trisco Tailord Apparel Manufacturing. Use SEM for statistical processing.
The results of this study show that: (1) Operational auditing has an impact on employee performance; (2) Operational auditing Indonesia. This is becausehave not been the quality and quantity of employee performanceimproved, and the company's internal control is weak.
