ABSTRACT
This thesis was prepared by Intan Puspita Dewi NPM 41152020140129 with
the title "The Effect of the Quality of Management Accounting Information Systems
on Process Quality Management and Product Quality Performance at PT. Trisumber
Makmur Indah ". This training is guided by Mr. Gun Gunawan R. S.E, M.M., Ak,
C.A, A.P and Ms. Mirna Nurwenda S.E, Ak, M.Si.
Quality management of product quality processes and performance is an
organizational strategy to provide its commitment to customer satisfaction. Process
quality management has elements that can drive product quality performance
including identifying critical components in manufacturing processes and
development.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of
management accounting information systems on process quality management, as well
as to determine the effect of management accounting information systems on product
quality performance. Data collection method used in this study is sampling. The
sample in this study were 129 people. The method used in this research is descriptive
analysis method, verification, simple linear regression analysis, and correlation
coefficient analysis.
Data that meets the validity and reliability test, where management
accounting information system quality variable (X), process quality management
variable (Y1), product quality performance variable (Y2), hypothesis testing using t
test shows that the information system quality independent variable management
accounting (X) which is proven to have a partial effect on the dependent variable
process quality management (Y1) and product quality performance (Y2).
