Leadership that affects To Quality Information Systems finance ( accounting) and non finance with impact on ASN Performance in West Java. This study
uses qualitative with interviews and primary data. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Tranformational Leadership on Management
Information Systems and Its Impact on ASN Performance in West Java
